My passion for baking began in 2004, when I baked fifteen pies of various flavors for the McKenna Center homeless shelter in NE Washington D.C. The praise and admiration I received from the shelter's guests and staff for my handmade pies inspired me to spread joy through my baking.

Since then, I have honed my craft and obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management from the renowned HCAT (Hospitality, Culinary Arts & Tourism Institute). Now, I spend my days baking small batches of cookies, cakes, and pies at my very own bakery, which is my happy place.
